During this lesson, the student will become familiar with and develop a basic understanding of radio operations, frequencies and radar services. Additionally, the student will become familiar with and develop a basic understanding of Class A and E airspace, controlled and uncontrolled airspace,
surface-based controlled airspace and special VFR operations.
